Return methods

It can happen that the strap you ordered is not fully to your taste. Therefore, it is possible to return your order. Read the information below for more information including our return requirements and how to return your order.

 

Return requirements
You can return your order within 30 days. We only accept straps in return that are unworn and are sent back in the original package with the installation tool. Please note that the cost of returning your order is at your own expense.

 

How to return?
If you want to return your order we ask you kindly to contact us via our contact form. Please fill out the contact form to report your return to us. Don’t forget to mention your personal information and mention your order number and reason for wanting to return your strap.

After we receive your return, payment will be transferred back to your account within 5-10 business days.

 

Gifts
Please note that if you wish to return your order, you must also return the free gift that was included with it. Failure to return the free gift will result in a deduction of the gift’s value from your refund.
